The highest level of Girl Scout, is the Catherines Club, the cheerleaders that drop off a cheer team prematurely due to militant nationalist beliefs, to receive full status as a CI/CIA/FBI recruiter, always undercovers for a single tour (you've passed your subject, so you have to make a 'bad' drop) with a 'handler' (a partner agent with official badge and status, with a secondary clause to initiate before the drop is made).

Essentially; if allowed to go forward, the mortgages on marijuana warehouses in Canadian police union control, would default, within three years the dealers would shut down operation, through planted launder via MI-6, and if the MI-6 was drafted out of his British operation status, the five enemies would receive Bond movie villains, as major kingpins of their trade, with the main collaborator going into a public palsy, each time one of five operatives inside the enemy unit, recruited, placed a key phrase, into the financial dossiers of the foe.
